I am a huge believer that family is an important part of a newborn session. I love it when parents bring in siblings to be included in a session and be a part of photos. As a mama myself, I know just how important it is to get a photo of all of your babies together and also capture your new family as a whole. It is for this reason that parent and siblings photos are included in all of my packages, because I don’t want budget to dictate whether or not you’re able to get those precious photos of your new family together.

Proud Big Sister

Big sister was a little bit unsure of her baby brother, but we still managed to get a cute shot of them both. It may take some time but I know she’ll grow into that role of being a big sister well. Their Mama was wanting neutrals so the tan flokati set was the perfect fit for that.

Sleeping the Day Away

All wrapped up with a sleepy hat to boot, this little guy looked adorable in this rustic set up I had prepared for him. Rustic wrapped photos are some of my favorite for baby boys.

Ready to Party

Usually with most newborn sessions babies will eventually wake up for a spell. I love it when I get to capture awake shots of newborns because that’s when their personalities really shine. These awake photos of this baby boy of some of my favorite.

So Little and Cute

If I can sneak in a cute little stuffed bear into a shot, I never can resist! I love it how newborns have this instinct where they often love to hold onto something, making it look like they’re simply sleeping with a stuffy.

Nighty Night

I love bum up pose from all angles. It really shows off a babies little back rolls and all of their tiny features. I really loved the neutral-colored bum up with this little man especially with the bear bonnet.
