This sweet family messaged me asking about newborn photos for their sweet baby girl. Mama asked for neutrals and pinks (which are some of my favorite colors for baby girls) and I told her I had a whole bunch of ideas. The love between Mom, Dad, big brother, and baby sister was so sweet to watch. This tiny little one was so sleepy and well-behaved and didn’t wake up till the very end of the session where we were able to get a few adorable photos with her eyes open.

Sibling family photos are always a special favorite of mine during a newborn session, when I’m lucky enough to get a smile from older brothers and sisters it’s like I hit the jackpot.

Baby Girl You’re So Loved

There’s nothing sweeter than those first few photos you get taken with your sweet babe. I love how tiny this baby girl looked in both of her parents arms (which is something you know won’t last long because of how quickly they grow).

Newborn Portraits

I love a baby girl in pink. The first photo of this little girl in the basket happened just as she was falling asleep, she opened her eyes to kinda peer at me as if asking who was this stranger disturbing her sleep. The second photo of her in the bucket, I loved styling and adored how perfectly her headband matched the flowers on the bucket.

Hearts, pearls, and lace, I loved how perfectly girly these set ups are and how perfect they looked on this sweet babe.

Blast From the Past

Mama had a photo from big brothers newborn session that was very similar to this one. She wanted one of little sister to be able to match. I love it when I can help re-create photos from older siblings sessions. I love the white simplicity in this image because it shows off all the perfect little features of this doll.

Simple Baby Photos

I typically end a session with overhead photos on the beanbag. Sometimes a baby is still asleep, but more often than not they are just waking up at this point and I am blessed with some cute photos with their eyes open where you really start to see their personality shine.
