One of the greatest joys I have in working as a newborn photographer is being able to celebrate with my clients when they have their rainbow babies. Rainbow babies are little ones that are born after a previous loss (or multiple losses) of a baby. I can’t imagine the heartache parents go through when they lose a baby somewhere during the course of their pregnancy, that just makes my own Mama’s heart break. But it brings me so much joy when they are blessed with another baby. For this sweet couple the mom reached out to me and shared just how important these photos were and this baby because he was their first child after so many losses. It became my goal to make this session as special as I could for these first time parents.

Cuteness Overload

Baby A. was simply adorable with his full head of dark hair and olive skin. I just wanted to keep putting him in different setups because every color looked great on him and in everything he was overwhelmingly cute!

I get a lot of parents asking for neutrals in baby photo sessions and I’m always more than happy to oblige. While his parents didn’t specifically ask for all white, I wanted to use these set ups for him because they are so classic and it really put all of this details at the forefront.
