There’s nothing better than getting to watch an older sibling love on their newborn baby brother or sister. Sibling relationships are so incredibly special, and I remember some of the greatest memories I have of my own kiddos is watching them play together. As a parent your heart bursts because you see the love that you have for your babies begin to expand and grow between them. While some photographers may dread having siblings in newborn sessions, I instead always get excited. This precious family and their two beautiful baby girls was no exception. 

Proud Big Sister

For some younger older siblings it may take a bit for them to warm up to their younger siblings (they were there first and this new tiny human seems to be stealing their spot light). But this proud older sister only had kisses and cuddles to share with her younger sister.

Newborn Family Poses

I’m always amazed when I’m able to get through so many different poses when there’s an particularly younger sibling present (with 2 and under it’s definitely always a gamble). But we were able to do a full family photo workflow and got so many cute pics of the different family combinations.

Sweet Baby Girl Photos

I loved the setups her Momma asked me for, one of my particular favorites on this baby girl was her wrapped in white with flowers around her (I mean who doesn’t love a girlie with flowers?!?)

Girls Can Wear Blue Too

I often get asked for the same type of colors for newborn girls, but this Momma surprised me and asked if I could add blue in there too. And personally I think it looks absolutely perfect!
